At Hotel Dobre Vile, we would like your reservation experience to be simple, transparent, and worry-free. Below you will find the key information regarding payments, cancellations, and house policies.

Rates and Tourist Tax
All rates are stated in EUR and include VAT.
The local tourist tax is not included in the room rate and will be charged according to Slovenian legislation.
Before confirming your booking, you will always see the final price and applicable conditions.

Payment
Reservations can be paid by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) or other payment methods supported by our system.
All online card payments are securely processed through Worldline Financial Services (Europe) S.A., ensuring high security standards and PCI DSS compliance.
For certain offers, a prepayment or card pre-authorization may be required as a booking guarantee.
Hotel Dobre Vile d.o.o. does not store full credit card details.

Cancellation and Modifications
Flexible reservations: free cancellation is possible up to 7 days before arrival (until 23:59 local hotel time).
Non-refundable reservations: for special non-refundable rates, cancellation or modification is not possible. In case of cancellation or no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
Booking modifications: changes of dates or room type are subject to availability; any price differences may apply.
Group bookings (three or more rooms): different cancellation policies, payment terms, or additional charges may apply. Guests will be informed of the applicable conditions before confirmation.

Children, Extra Beds and Pets
Children over 5 years of age are welcome at Hotel Dobre Vile.
Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
An extra bed is available upon prior request and for an additional charge. Extra beds are available only for minors aged 5 to 18 years. Please note that extra beds are not available in all room types and are subject to availability.


No-Show and Early Departure
If you do not arrive on the day of arrival and have not informed us in advance, the reservation will be considered a no-show and the amount of the first day of the reservation will be charged.
In case of early departure, unused nights are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed upon at check-in or confirmed by the hotel.


Force Majeure
The hotel cannot be held responsible for cancellations or changes caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government measures, or other force majeure events.

Data Protection
Personal and payment data are processed securely and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Slovenian legislation.
